One of the most important principles of my training is: horse and rider should BOTH have fun and be or remain motivated. I’ll picked up every horse and rider from where they are in their capabilities. During my training I address the individual needs of horse and rider. I encourage their talents and strengths. One of my tasks is to show possible solutions to overcome weaknesses.
I’ll welcome every rider in my lessons. During our session we´ll work together step by step and take the time both of you need. After our training session I think about how I can continue to support you ideally.
The new online techniques (internet) used correctly, allow us to systematically train online, independent of place and time.
My seminars and courses are aimed at riders to work intensively with their horses and them or to educate trainers and judges.

For over 30 years I have worked as a judge worldwide – incl. championships and Olympic Games. Today I dedicate myself to the training of judges, etc.
The dialogue with riders and the audience is very important to me. In addition to imparting knowledge, annotations and moderations are part of my philosophy.
I have published my experiences in training horses and riders in a series of books (FN-Verlag) with the subject “better riding”
